Our sophisticated server and network monitoring systems help detect problems before they actually occur. When a potential problem is found by our system, a ticket is immediately created in our ticketing system and marked as critical. Our engineers can then pick up the ticket and perform the required actions to resolve the issue. The majority of the time the customer will never know of the issue and will continue using their IT systems as normal without interruption.
